(“the Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), including the brands Jim Hetherington, Jim Hetherington Coaching, Your Next-Level Coaching Academy, and Elite Authors Club, is committed to protecting your privacy and managing your personal information responsibly, in accordance with Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information across all of our websites, online platforms, programs, products, coaching services, publishing services, events (virtual or in-person), and related offerings (collectively, “Services”).

Payment Information

Coaching & Publishing Information

For coaching, events, or publishing submissions: Personal stories (voluntary), Background information, Professional goals, Biographical details, Manuscript materials
This information is treated with confidentiality and used only for service delivery.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share non-identifiable aggregated data for marketing or analytics purposes.
